The extent of my dental issues involved bone grafts, implants, root canal and crown placements with a bridge that spanned three implants. My hygienist was warm and welcoming. She was also very gentle with her cleaning. I normally don\u2019t enjoy getting my teeth cleaned as I have some sensitive areas, however, she did a great job without causing me any pain.

I didn’t see my regular hygienist (Diane) because I booked last minute. I was extremely pleased that Sierra was able to accommodate my busy, last minute booking. Paola was just as good as Diane. They are very knowledgeable and are efficient in providing information on my specific dental needs. I use to be terrified of going to the dentist, even if it was just for a cleaning, but since I started with Sierra, I always leave my appointments feeling satisfied with the work done and actually look forward to booking the next appointment! Thanks to all the Sierra staff for making dental a great experience :)

I called the office on Jan 19 because I was suffering from a lot of pain from a bad tooth. They got me in a couple hours later on an emergency appointment. The staff were very friendly. Dr. Thomas and his assistant were amazing. Best dental experience I have ever had. I was not a patient but they took me in anyway. They were very accommodating to my issue.

Hello! Overall I was very happy with the service I received from everyone. I felt very confident while there and when I left.
\nMy only concerns were:
\nA claim was never submitted to Manulife as promised. I have sent an email requesting this from your office.
\nI also think coming in every three months for a cleaning is a little too extensive and I don\u2019t know if my benefits will cover that.
\nOther then those two things I was very happy with my experience and very happy to be a patient there and to have Dr. Rod Herchak as my dentist once again. I have tremendous trust in him and his staff including his assistant (unfortunately I can\u2019t remember her name and Diane my hygienist)
